TV shows mentioned in the last video:
OITNB, Grace & Frankie, House of Cards, Making A Murderer, The Keepers, The Confession Tapes, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Ozark, Stranger Things, 13 reasons why, the OA, The Crown, Santa Clarita Diet - and in the description Master of None, Friends from College, Amanda Knox, Icarus, Love, The Ranch.
I've also watched but not mentioned in either video Gypsy, Narcos, and Black Mirror :)
- Cat Peterson: Ok, Orphan Black is officially a MUST. Oh cool, I haven't heard anything about Good Girls so this was nice to hear! Aaah LOVE the good place!!
- iamtimchung: oooo now I need to watch some of these. Especially when it's freezing cold outside 🙌
- Alexander Spengler: And another one gone, another one gone ,another one bites the dust
- Cat Peterson: Haha def in our flat :D
- Cat Peterson: Nice! Thanks for the recommendations! 🙌🙌
- Cat Peterson: Haha amazing! 😁Yeeess, I've been telling Dave every day we need to watch it!! 👍👍
- manuel diana: i strongly recommend, karppi, hinterland, narcos, marcella, trapped, borderliner, crossing linez, peaky blinders. the last one, i dont know if its available in english/finnish netflix, it's an argentinian tv show called the marginal, its about a fiction argentinian prission, really good one.
- Cat Peterson: It was so good!! I didn't include it because it wasn't actually made by Netflix themselves, otherwise it would definitely have been included! 👌👌
- Cat Peterson: Yay!! :)
- Social Madness: I have now watched the pilot episode and it's really addictive. With scifi elemets and the dark woods you can't go wrong😁Thanks for recommendation👌
- tupufoks: You have to watch Sorjonen! It is called Bordertown in Netflix, they have the first season there. When it was first shown on Finnish TV I didn't even think about watching it. Then Netflix showed it on the recommended for you list and I thought why not. I was completely HOOKED after first five minutes 😂 I love it because it's so calm and captivating. It's not like most US series where they yell and shoot around all the time. And you can get English subtitles (for Dave) for it so no problem there 😉
- Cat Peterson: We're literally watching it right now!!
- Sofia: U should watch the How to get away from murder! Its from abc studios, the same which made The desperate Housewives, so it has the clever plot and even clever plot twists!
- Tomi Plusisaari: Ozark
- Cat Peterson: Awesome, thanks for the tip!
- Veera Mommo: Peaky Blinders on tosi hyvä brittiläinen sarja!
- Cat Peterson: No but I've heard about it, I have to put it on my list! :)
- Cat Peterson: Niin hyvä! 👌👌👌
- Cat Peterson: Cool, thanks! :)
- DjStiltje: You recommended literally every true crime documentary that I saw during my xmas holidays. I would definitely recommend "Fyre - The Greatest Party That Never Happened". It's about a festival that was supposed to take place on a desert island in the Bahamas and that was cancelled after people had already arrived there. Watch it!
- Cat Peterson: Hahaha 😂😂
- Cat Peterson: Big time!!! Ooh yes, do it!!
- Cat Peterson: Cool! It's actually on my watch list as well! 😁
- Social Madness: Cat, you are so into crimes so I would recommend The Fall for you to watch:) Another series I really enjoyed is Stranger Things especially the first season. Old friends from college was quite fun if you like comedy/drama. I'm not sure for title but it's Vanha Kaveriporukka in Finnish.😁I have to check it out that Dark. Looked really interesting😊
- ChikitaPassion: I watch the serie YOU. And still thinking WTF? Don't get it at all. I like watch this cinde of series like you was, but still i didin't get it?? 😂🤣
- Cat Peterson: We still haven't finished Maniac, I think we have an episode left 🤔👍
- radiac: jos scifirikollisuus (i guess sitä voi kutsuu rikossarjaks :D) kiinnostaa, Altered carbon on aivan loistava.
- Cat Peterson: Wow, so many! Thank you!!
- DjStiltje: +Cat Peterson Trust me, you'll like it. You might also enjoy The American Meme in case you haven't already seen it. It's about social medias.
- Cat Peterson: Vi såg den men var egentligen int så hemskt imponerad 🤔 Gillade de andra "vanliga" black mirror avsnittena mycket mer 😊
- Cat Peterson: I will do my traditional YouTube anniversary Q&A video in a few weeks so I'll answer it then! :)
- Cat Peterson: Awesome, we'll check it out!! 👌👌
- paterikki: Bad blood, kuusiosainen tositapahtumiin perustuva sarja Kanalaisesta mafiaperheestä ja sen taistelusta kilpailijoiden kanssa. Dogs of Berlinillä voi jatkaa saksankielisten netflix originellien parissa. Frendit fanina kevyt komediakin ilmeisesti joskus uppoaa niin netflix original Ranch voisi toimia.
- Cat Peterson: Yeah, I've watched it! Really good! :)
- Päivi /hengitysharjoituksia: Yes, I'm with them who say Orphan black! It was good! And Good Girls!! If you want some lighter and fun (well, Good girls was fun and crime, perfect!) you can watch The good place or One day at a time. I love scifi so I love Colony, Star Trek universe, Killjoys etc as well.
- Cat Peterson: Okay, at least three people have now said orphan black so I have to watch it!! 👍
- Cat Peterson: I'm from Finland but I lived in London for 10 years, we just moved back to Finland last spring. My first language is Swedish so I do speak that fluently but having been in London for such a long time I loose a lot of words and substitute them with English 🤭
- Tecsie Derp: +Cat Peterson Yessss!!
- Josefine: You on netflix
- Tecsie Derp: Orphan Black is really really good and might be a good genre for you. :D I've been just watching silly light stuff like Jane the Virgin lately lol (which is also amazing despite how silly it sounds!)
- Anna Mertaniemi: American crime storyn uusi kausi gianni versacen salamurhasta!!
- Veik Tik: where are you :-o def not in your flat
- Veik Tik: +Cat Peterson oh ok ok just looks so noice :)
- Oliver: You should watch La Casa de Papel translate as Money Heist in Netflix. It is a Spaniard show that won the Emmy to best international serie. I recomend to watch in Spanish with English captions. It totally worth It. This is serie has been the most not english serie watch in Netflix worldwide.
- Cat Peterson: Nice, kiitos tästä! 👌 The Ranch oon kattonut vähän silloin tällöin 😊
- Cat Peterson: So good!!
- Cat Peterson: Oh cool! Thanks for the tip! I've seen the name on Netflix but had no idea what it was!
- Зоя Ружа: If you like true crime shows, check out "Conversations with a killer: the Ted Bundy tapes" - just 4 episodes, but really really good 👍
- Wendy Vanilla: Are going to do Q&A video soon? I would like to know what language you use is stores and restaurants now that you are living in Finland. Because especially in Helsinki u can use Swedish, English and Finnish so I'm curious what language u choose😅🤔
- rougeimaginaire: Have you watched The Rain (the Danish/Swedish series)? I really liked that one :)
- Katja Pulkkinen: Good to know that someone else is too Netflix addict :D I will watch that "Dark" next !! :)
- ChikitaPassion: I watch it, but still did not get it?
- Sarah Keech: It's not a show on Netflix, but I randomly picked up "Roseanna"—a murder mystery novel by Swedish writers Maj Sjöwall and Per Wahlöö—a few summers ago on vacation and it is GREAT! Very dark and keeps you reading!
- 98Zai: +Cat Peterson jo jag håller med om att vissa av de andra black mirror avsnitten var mycket bättre! Men tyckte den höll måttet :)
- Sarah Hh: gone girl
- Pinja Maria: I recommend watching Orphan Black and Peaky Blinders. Edit: Cable Girls and Timeless are great also !!
- DjStiltje: Tip of the year, seriously: Do not waste 2 hours on Velvet Buzzsaw. If you're still curious about it, just watch the trailer instead. It's far more exciting and you basically get ALL the action that the film has to offer in less than 3 minutes.
- joannahook: You need to watch Orphan Black, How to Get Away with Murder and Sorjonen 🙏🏼
- Tom S: All YA series except Dark.
- Evangelia Κ: I spend the last Sunday (yesterday) watching the "Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes" on Netflix. I feel you 😁
- Caitlin Johnson: Ted Bundy Tapes. Interesting and also shows you how messed up the American justice system is
- Simmy Sims: Maniac is great miniserie and Altered Carbon is awesome.
- Cat Peterson: Yes!! We just finished it a few days ago!!
- amadle: YOU teidän pitää ehdottomasti katsoa! Siinä on murhaa ja verta ja sosiopaattia 😂
- Cat Peterson: We just finished it last night, so good!!
- Jeremy Martin: My wife has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She loves watching true crime and crime dramas. She got to take a tour of the prison with inmates all around the group where the Texas death chamber is located. She also got to go into the death chamber. She has a lot of stories about the prison from the tour. The university she went to is just a few blocks from the prison. We have always joked that I could not piss her off because she know how to cover her tracks if needed because of her degree. LOL
- Cat Peterson: I've watched all of those already 🙈🙈Yes, watch Dark and let me know what you think!!
- iAmYourDiamondGirl: I need to start watching Netflix ! There are so many good series 🙌🏻 BTW I was watching your old videos saying that your Finnish and Swedish speaking level isn't that high (even tho you sound totally fluent to me and I thought you're Fin) and I was wondering where are you from? Sorry for not being well informed , I'm new to your channel but I love it already ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
- Oliver: Check It out. Another good serie is Merli (this serie is in Catalan lenguage) this serie also is in Netflix. This show is really good too. I don't know that this serie is subtitle in English in Netflix but is this serie has subtitle in English you should see this show.
- Susanna Kivineva: Better call saul is the best one
- Cat Peterson: Oon jo nähnyt! Se oli 👌👌👌👌
