RULES: Using High Explosive Only players must Freeze the opposite team by shooting them and causing damage. If you are hit and take any health damage you must stop your tank and are not allowed to shoot or move anymore. If the HE hits you and doesn’t cause damage to HP you can still play. The team with all their members frozen first loses and the winners must cap
